Credit card balance transfers

A vast majority of credit cards charge a high interest rate, normally 14% or more. Many people within the UK have major debt problems created from a credit card, transfer your debt to a 0% Balance Transfer Credit Card and watch yourself on your feet again.

If you find it difficult to pay off your credit cards, then try consider the Virgin Money Mastercard, it could help you manage your finances more easily. Transfering your debt to this card will leave you having to pay no interest for at least 15 months, however this is subject to a 3 per cent fee.

IF you feel you could make ends meet within 6 months, then go for the Abbey Zero credit card, its 0 per cent balance transfer period is only six months, but not like Virgin, it charges no fees wotsoever.

The chances of getting struck by negative payment remains low because there's a six month 0% period for all new purchases.

The main advantage of the Abbey credit card is that it does not charge for cash withdrawals and doesn't charge a foreign exchange fee.
